Full-Time Head of Product Management

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Management to lead the strategic direction, execution, and performance of our SaaS platform, Services and Android applications. This role will serve as the voice of the product, internally and externally. You will be responsible for shaping the product, driving execution, and mentoring a high-performing global team of product managers. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models, product lifecycle management, and the evolving landscape of AI-powered tools and platforms.

• Define and drive our SaaS product strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable products that solve real customer problems.
• Collaborate deeply with Product Marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Work hand-in-hand with Commercial and Sales teams to ensure product-market fit, support revenue growth, and align product development with market opportunities.
• Use market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new growth areas.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and validation through delivery and iteration—ensuring measurable impact and customer satisfaction.
• Champion cross-functional alignment and communication across the organization, acting as a bridge between technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence in product planning, prioritization, and execution, ensuring delivery against key business metrics.

You are a strategic product leader with deep experience in building and scaling platform products, from concept through to successful market launch. You have a proven track record of delivering software products, leveraging customer insights and data to inform go-to-market strategies. Your leadership style is grounded in clarity, accountability, and empowerment.
