Full-Time Head of Relationship Management

Description

• Establish relationships with banks, partners, and custodians around the world • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and growth opportunities in LATAM, APAC, and European regions • Administer the requirements for opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts and local licenses • Maintain high standards in the provision of legal documents, information and (internal) reports to stakeholders • Develop and maintain a consistent and effective partner compliance strategy • Respond in a timely manner to the requirements of local authorities and Unlimit 3rd parties in different countries and time zones • Identify and address legal and business issues/challenges in a timely manner and provide solutions to improve them • Deeply understand the business, manage ad-hoc projects as needed, and provide practical input to stakeholders • Create actionable business intelligence reports that clearly and concisely present complex projects and (legal) structures

Requirements

• 5+ years of payment background and strong expertise in the field with experience working with/for financial institutions and/or alternative payment methods • Strong relationship management skills with "to-do" mindset • Bachelor / Master degree. Law or Business Administration are strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the fintech industry • Advanced communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
