Description

• Lead Zoo’s end-to-end sales process from developing, managing, closing, onboarding, and supporting customers and their success with our products • Build a solid operating cadence around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, sales execution, and customer onboarding • Provide guidance and best practices to apply Zoo products and technologies to achieve customers' business goals • Build highly interactive and engaging customer demonstrations in order to educate customers and share best practices on integration throughout sales cycle • Partner with the Zoo team to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights • Lead, coach and mentor our growing team of Solution Engineers

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Prior sales leadership experience building and scaling a high performance sales teams • Experience selling to small and large customers who are developing hardware or software for hardware, with a proven ability to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and processes in order to drive sales • Professional experience working closely with cross-functional hardware design projects • A metrics driven approach to sales • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to be scrappy and roll up your sleeves to ensure success • Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a high degree of autonomy • Familiarity with CAD
