Exciting role with significant growth potential to lead all NAVLIN Market Access & Pricing Systems Implementation Services practice.
Proficient in pricing software, price and access data & analytics, and systems implementation consulting.
Lead creation and delivery of innovative offerings to meet complex customer needs.
Engage with customers at all levels, build and drive teams for technology-enabled solutions.
Support senior management in building strategic vision.
Drive internal teams to achieve results.
Help define the future of global price and access solutions, and integrate into EVERSANA's commercialization platform.
Take successful existing team and create packaged consulting services.
Lead a large, market-leading team to deliver globally.
Part of a team of 200+ professionals serving 100+ customers.
Collaborate with customers to define and understand price and access challenges and solutions.
Work with price and access solution software and data product teams.
Lead solution and consulting projects to optimize price and access decisions.
Engage and lead global teams across Europe, US, India, and Asia.
Plan and deliver on profit/loss, revenue, and practice growth targets.
Assist in selling, planning, organizing, and leading projects and services.
Collaborate with senior management to develop innovative solutions in price and access.
Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsible for and oversee their respective department.
Develop a vision and knowledge around price and access system implementation.
Help unify the marketplace into unique offerings.
Help set and achieve goals for EVERSANA’s global price and access systems implementation initiatives.
Drive scalability, consistency, and efficiency in delivery.
Create high-performing teams, review performance, discuss appraisals, authorize salary changes, and manage personnel actions.
Travel expected 1-2 days per week (Europe, potentially USA or Asia).
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of price and access experience in major systems implementation consulting.
Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Experience leading implementations of life sciences price & access software.
Preferred qualifications: MBA or advanced degree, significant experience in a major systems integration firm and Life Sciences manufacturer, data analytic certifications.
