Full-Time EDI Payer Enrollment Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of EDI Enrollment, the EDI Payer Enrollment Coordinator will manage payer enrollment processes for electronic data exchange between healthcare providers and payer organizations. The role facilitates seamless integration of providers into payer networks through EDI enrollment procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and overseeing the payer enrollment process to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Collaborating with payer organizations to understand enrollment requirements.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of enrollment materials before submission.
• Following up with payers/vendors on enrollment application statuses.
• Communicating with clients, payers, vendors, and internal staff to provide enrollment statuses and address questions.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving enrollment issues.
• Training clients on EDI enrollment procedures.
• Staying updated on payer enrollment changes and sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications include:

• 1+ years of experience with EDI Payer Enrollment processes
• Familiarity with X12 EDI standards
• Understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously
• Strategic thinking and tactical planning skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field
