This role supports global initiatives in multiple countries. Responsibilities include hands-on work and significant project management, coordinating with colleagues and third parties. Assisting with implementing new modules, improving existing features, and supporting the Workday platform overall.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead HR Systems enhancements throughout their lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, change management).
- Identify, lead, and promote changes to improve operations.
- Create and follow test plans for system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and implement solutions.
- Increase user effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with global HR Systems and broader HR teams on projects.
- Data collection, data management, data analysis, and reporting.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years Workday HCM experience
- 3-5 years Payroll systems (Dayforce preferred)
- 3-5 years Tableau or related BI tools
- Workday Business Analysis, Business Process configuration, and Reporting
- Expert in Workday Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Simple)
- Creating custom reports with calculated fields and Workday integrations
- Proficient in key Workday Business Processes (Hire, Terminate, etc.)
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Project Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years directly related HRIS and Workday experience
- 3+ years data analytics and BI tool experience
- Workday implementation and configuration experience (HCM, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Integrations, Reporting, Time & Absence)
