As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll work on strategic projects that drive company growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with monthly closing and reporting
- Identifying cost efficiency and productivity initiatives
- Driving forecast and annual budgeting
- Developing, maintaining, and improving financial models
- Providing analytical service to C-suite and management
- Preparing analysis and projections for ARR, including database maintenance
- Producing executive presentations for senior management and investors
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance
- Assisting with projects and tasks, enhancing systems and processes, and providing ad-hoc analytics
- Leading financial integration of acquisitions
- Providing feedback and suggestions to the FP&A team
- Serving as backup to the Director of FP&A as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in financial analysis or accounting, preferably with experience in Quality of Earnings, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Investment Banking
- Strong Excel skills and ability to quickly learn Finance/Business Intelligence tools (NetSuite experience a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related quantitative field
- Experience in Enterprise software companies, or demonstrated ability to learn a new industry quickly
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, self-management, and prioritization skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to present complex information concisely and maintain confidentiality
