We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Reporting Analyst to join our team and help GTM teams make better data-driven decisions. In this role, you'll transform data into actionable insights for critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from Snowflake, HubSpot, and validate data accuracy.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Tableau and Looker. Automate reporting for deeper analysis.
- GTM Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, provide regular updates on revenue metrics and sales pipeline data. Build marketing reports for inbound leads and conversion rates.
- Ad-Hoc GTM Requests: Respond to data requests from GTM leaders, translating complex data into digestible insights for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, CS, product, data, and finance teams to define reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: 3-5 years of data analysis, reporting, or BI experience. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), Excel and Google Sheets.
- Start-up experience, ideally in fintech or tech.
- Proven track record in GTM reporting and analytics, with understanding of GTM org functions.
Soft skills
- Communication Skills: Clearly explain insights to business teams and revenue leadership.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with business and technical teams.
- Time Management: Handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Learn new tools, adjust to changing requirements, and work with evolving datasets.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to data accuracy and completeness.
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift)
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience working with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience presenting insights to leadership
Compensation: 80-100k USD
