Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the integration and deployment of managed devices using various deployment tools.
• Support the integration of group entities through profile configuration and application integration activities.
• Collaborate on the design and deployment of strategic projects, particularly on workstation convergence.
• Participate in setting up infrastructures and writing associated documentation.
• Become the technical point of contact for workstations and infrastructure, proposing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
• Expertise in: Windows technology packaging, deployment, and automation.
• Management, administration, and N3 support/analysis of workstations and infrastructure.
• Creation, installation, configuration, and N3 support of infrastructure equipment based on projects + procedure writing.
• Installation and configuration of security components (in collaboration with Security engineers).
• Implementation and continuous evolution of infrastructure and workstation supervision, maintaining and updating documentation.
• Formalize and track the progress of team members and suggest improvements to processes.

Client Focus: Large accounts in banking, insurance, retail, defense, and luxury sectors.

Required Skills:

• Engineering degree or Master's in IT.
• 3+ years experience as a Modern Workplace Engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure tools (SCCM).
• Strong understanding of Active Directory/EntraID.
• Experience with Intune Autopilot/White glove/Windows Hello.
• Experience in Azure Active Directory synchronization processes (policy administration, SSO, Intune management).
• Solid knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Solid knowledge of asset management and IT service management (ITSM) applications.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to qualify and explain customer needs, strong communication and leadership skills.
• Open-minded, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Passion for cloud/AI technologies.

Nice-to-haves:

• MS-102, MS-900, SC-100, AZ-500 certifications.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, Google).
