Full-Time International Tax Governor

• As part of the global Tax team, responsible for monitoring, assessing, and managing tax risks associated with our business activities.
• Advising our JCx business unit and its subsidiaries on issues related to international tax law in the areas of transfer pricing and permanent establishments, as well as the resulting compliance requirements.
• Defining global tax regulations for transfer pricing and permanent establishment matters, including risk management guidelines for the JCx business unit.
• Actively support the business unit to implement the tax governance requirements and monitor the implementation.
• Manage tax audits and conduct tax compliance trainings.
• Assess issues and conceptually develop and refine standards.

• University degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Taxation, Finance, and Controlling, law degree with focus on tax law or a comparable field of study.
• Tax advisor examination is an advantage.
• Many years of professional experience in international taxation, ideally in the tax department of a multinational corporation or at a tax consulting firm; expert knowledge, particularly in transfer pricing and permanent establishments; knowledge of controlling.
• Good communication skills; resilient, responsible, and a reliable team player; self-directed and structured working style.
• Fluent in English. German language skills are an advantage.
