Full-Time IT Application Manager - Deposits - JHA

IDB Bank seeks an experienced Application Analyst for its Technology department. The IT Application Manager role will support Core technology within the IT BAU group, potentially integrating other applications.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong functional and technical skills within financial services.
• Experience with core banking, digital banking, rate/product management, document imaging/cold storage, escrow, and/or bank operations.
• 10+ years of application support/management experience focused on Core and digital banking, with deposit/product experience preferred.
• Deep proficiency and hands-on experience with Jack Henry applications (Silverlake, Xperience, Teller, Argo Keys, WebEscrow, Synergy, JHNow, and/or Banno).
• In-depth understanding of Deposits (DDA, MMA, TD, CDARs).
• Cross-divisional interface experience with Deposit Operations, Treasury, Front Office, Treasury Management, Finance, etc. (a plus).
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, engage stakeholders, and prioritize business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support the IT BAU program in the Core/Digital domain, focusing on deposits and client onboarding.
• Provide BAU support for Core/Digital Banking Deposit Applications (SilverLake, Argo, Banno/Netteller, WebEscrow, Teller, JHNow, etc.).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to technical/operational issues.
• Create and maintain architectural, data, and process flow diagrams, documentation, and presentations.
• Manage key integrations between core and 3rd party systems, including data, documentation, and job monitoring.
• Analyze data integration between source systems and develop end solutions with the IDB IT team.
• Support management during audits, implementations, and upgrades/releases.
• Provide support on Vendor Management (SOWs, Invoices) and Annual Opex Budget exercise.
• Provide Functional/Technical SME support for Strategic Projects executed by IT PMO in the Jack Henry Core Banking domain.
