Full-Time Jr. Account Manager

**This position can be hybrid at one of our offices (Raleigh, NC or Costa Mesa, CA) or fully remote.**

We’re looking for an amazing individual to join our Account Management team as a Junior Account Manager. You’ll be working with a select group of clients who are just getting started with KB. They’re smaller clients with smaller budgets but with big growth goals - which is why they’re coming to us. You will be managing the client end to end - meaning you’ll be responsible for the relationship as well as their accounts. They will have one platform and one set of goals for that platform. Your job will be to hit and exceed those goals and lay the foundation to expand their contract into other platforms and services that KB offers.

Here's what you'll be doing:

❤️ You'll be client facing and behind the scenes: making dad jokes or yo mama jokes (you choose), while helping educate clients to help them achieve their goals and pulling the levers in their accounts to make the magic happen

❤️ You'll be solely responsible for the success of each client with lots of support from your team Director. This means you will be:

❤️ You'll be responsible for Onboarding New Clients, Weekly + Monthly reporting, scheduled calls, quarterly business reviews and clear communication internally.

❤️ You’ll analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on data driven conclusions.

❤️ You’ll look for ways to upsell and expand the client’s contracts, increasing the value of the client. You will earn commission on all upsells too.

❤️ You’ll be learning, learning, learning and expanding your knowledge in and out of platform.

❤️ You're the quarterback basically, like Tom Brady.

Here's what your first 3 months will look like:

⚡️ The first week will be KB onboarding; getting to know our team and culture, learning about all of the platforms we use and introducing you to team members as well as starting the

⚡️ The next few weeks you’ll be going through our Academy and learning our secret marketing recipes and start get started on your first few clients 🤫

⚡️ Month 2 and 3 you will continue learning, going through our Academy

Qualifications

🎉 You have great soft skills - professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented

🎉 You have 1-2 years of experience working in digital marketing in house or in an agency setting, but still have lots of room to grow 🙌

🎉You have managed budgets more than $20k

🎉 You’re a learner, ready to be taught

🎉 You like snacks

🎉 You can lead strategy and execution

🎉 You have familiarity in a handful of paid ads platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, etc)

🎉 You are familiar with SEO, CRO and Email Marketing.

🎉 You're a team player who can work with a team to troubleshoot marketing tactics and strategies.

🎉 You want to learn and grow

🎉 You're amazed and fascinated with marketing - you nerd out. Always trying to improve your knowledge and experience. You dive deep into industry blogs and you know that nothing beats taking action from what you learn.
