Salary: up to £60,000, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits
Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:
- The Role: Manage all aspects of financial management (corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, financial risk management). Focus on UK business with international dimensions.
- Responsibilities: Manage accounting operations (Xero), supplier payments, expenses, payroll, balance sheet reconciliations, corporate finance/fundraising activity, FCA regulatory reporting, month-end/year-end close, financial transaction/reporting quality control, tax compliance, business process/accounting policy development, budget preparation/forecasting, monthly financial statements.
- Essential elements: 5+ years combined accounting/finance experience, accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE), knowledge of accounting principles/procedures, group consolidated accounts experience (international subsidiaries), corporate finance/fundraising experience, experience developing/implementing financial strategies, regulated entity experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
- Nice to have: experience in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven business, remote team experience, ability to present complex concepts, experience solving financial challenges in fast-paced environments, startup/scaleup experience, knowledge of shares/share schemes.
