Job Details
Payment processing: Entering transfers into online banking, monitoring timely payments.
Payment cards: Handling payment cards, contacting banks, and processing applications.
Foreign trips: Settlement of foreign business trips.
Liabilities: Control and settlement of liabilities (offsets, balance confirmations), contacting suppliers.
Intercompany settlements: Handling intercompany settlements.
Required experience:
- Billing experience: Minimum 1 year.
- Enova 365 knowledge: Required.
- Accounting knowledge: Domestic and international business trips.
- Saldeo Smart application knowledge: Preferred.
Additional skills:
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to change.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in the office in Kraków at least one day per month.
