Full-Time Junior AI Automation Associate

About the role:

We are looking for motivated individuals to learn and grow in AI-driven automation.

This role is perfect for early-career candidates who want to solve real-world problems using cutting-edge AI technology.

Schedule:

• Full-time (8 working hours/day)
• 4 hours: 8 AM - 12 PM PST (5 PM - 9 PM Serbia)
• 4 hours: Flexible
• One-hour break within 8 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and Deploy AI Agents: Develop AI agents to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities.
• AI Integration with Business Processes: Integrate AI solutions to optimize business processes (sales, marketing, data analysis).
• Automation of Business Workflows: Create and maintain automated workflows using AI tools (n8n, Zapier, Make.com).
• Develop Enterprise Prompts: Create and refine AI prompts to generate accurate results. Continuously improve quality and accuracy.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor AI agent performance, generate reports, and propose improvements.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with IT, development, marketing, etc. to identify AI needs.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and automation trends.

Requirements:

• No prior AI or automation experience needed—just a curious mindset, passion for learning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Team player, ability to collaborate remotely with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving skills, persistence, and creativity to tackle challenges.
