Full-Time Junior Email Marketing Manager

Develop new concepts and improve existing marketing touch points by A/B testing.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates that align with our brand guidelines.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide insights for optimization.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing to drive innovation and improvements.

Coordinate all campaign-related activities with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A degree in communication, marketing, or comparable; or autodidact.
• Initial professional experience in email campaigns, content creation, and/or email design.
• Hands-on mentality, eagerness to learn, and a structured approach.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; fluent in Spanish or Italian is a plus.
