Job Details
The Junior RFP Writer collects and maintains responses to requests for proposal (RFPs). Assists the Senior RFP Writer with preparing RFP response sections.
Creates and maintains a database for storing and validating previous responses.
Ensures consistent tone and content matching RFPs, using standard proposal language.
Obtains feedback and revisions from team members to keep proposal development on schedule.
Works with internal stakeholders to ensure data and responses are up-to-date.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in RFP writing for financial services
- Qvidian/Upland experience is a plus
