We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Verification Manager to join our team.
The role primarily involves ensuring the quality of work performed by our partners and other departments within the organization.
As a Junior Verification Manager, you will help maintain high standards of operational integrity and verify work processes and outcomes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Work Verification: Ensure partners' deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Internal Work Monitoring: Verify outputs from internal teams for accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct checks to ensure all processes are running smoothly.
- Documentation: Maintain records of verification and report issues.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Collaboration: Work with teams across the company to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and inconsistencies, ensuring high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and working with other departments.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various tools and software for verification, reporting, and tracking.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- Shift Flexibility: You will be required to work on one of the two shifts based on the company's needs. The two shift options are: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM & 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or field is a plus but not required.
