Hybrid-based position in Dublin, OH or Indianapolis, IN but willing to consider a remote hire. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position.

Your new role
As our new Lead Consultant, Air Quality Professional, you will be part of our interdisciplinary team serving clients across Midwest and globally. You will work with all levels of expertise. Consultants and Managers are part of a continual learning environment.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Estimating air emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air pollution sources.
- Preparing air quality permit applications and negotiating draft permit terms and conditions with applicable regulating entities.
- Working as a team to contribute technical skills on complex projects, and contributing to proposal preparation, technical presentations and client meetings.
- Conducting site visits to industrial facilities as may be required to understand operations, gather data/information, and inform the evaluations described above.
- Critically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
About you
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering with the ability to obtain or already have a Professional Engineer license.
5+ years of experience including proposal writing, report writing, project management and client development skills
Strong computing skills including high level use of spreadsheets and word processing
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage technically complex projects
