Full-Time Lead GenAI LLM Chatbot Architect Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and deployment of LLM-based enterprise applications, such as chatbots utilizing company data.
Contribute to the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for LLM-based solutions.
Implement and evaluate various LLM application logic ( flows ) and prompting strategies, staying current with advancements in the field.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
Interact with business stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, data science, or AI-related fields.
Proven track record of technical leadership and ownership of the software development lifecycle.
Expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining APIs (e.g., using Flask or FastAPI).
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Significant experience with LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Llama Index).
Familiarity with best practices in software development, including Git, CI/CD, documentation, and unit testing.
Experience with NLP/ML Python frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers (Hugging Face), and NumPy.
Hands-on expertise in LLM-specific skills such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LLMOps, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud computing platforms.
Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps principles and tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
