Full-Time Lead Product Designer

You’ve spent 7+ years designing SaaS products, and you’re now ready to shape not just great interfaces—but great design culture. As a design leader, you’ll mentor other designers, partner deeply with PMs and engineers, and play a central role in defining our design direction.

• 7+ years of relevant design experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity
• Proven record of delivering elegant, data-informed experiences across the full design lifecycle
• Deep fluency in design systems, accessibility, and scalable design patterns
• Strong visual and interaction design craft
• Experience designing for AI-driven or intelligent interfaces
• Track record of influencing design direction at a system or platform level
• Natural mentor—comfortable coaching Senior and Junior designers
• Strong facilitation skills: workshops, design critiques, and decision frameworks
• A portfolio that demonstrates systematic thinking and measurable product impact
• Excellent communication—able to simplify complex ideas
• Familiarity with front-end implementation constraints
• Committed to inclusive, accessible, and scalable design
• Passionate about improving team operations

• Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars
• Drive design quality reviews and own standards for usability, accessibility, and design consistency
• Mentor and grow the design team; provide thoughtful feedback and career guidance
• Partner with PMs and Engineering to translate business goals into design roadmaps
• Influence the product vision through storytelling, data synthesis, and user empathy
• Contribute to and evolve our design system
• Define metrics for design quality and impact
• Create alignment between design and cross-functional teams through documentation, office hours, and design critiques
• Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices
