What You'll Do
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Designer with a strategic mindset and a passion for user-centered design. As a key member of our founding team, you’ll shape the product vision and drive the design of impactful experiences in a fast-paced, startup environment. Experience with AI and LLM technologies is a plus, as you’ll have the opportunity to influence how advanced tech integrates with patient and doctor interactions.
Oversee end-to-end design processes for complex product areas, balancing strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform healthcare challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
Work with our AI teams to explore and integrate LLM and AI technologies into our products, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Set high standards for design quality, consistency, and usability across our product suite.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
What You'll Bring

1. 7-12 years of experience in software product design, ideally with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex, enterprise-level products
2. Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS products, particularly with large enterprise customers
3. Deep expertise in one core area of design (UI/UX, interaction, or visual design) with strong competence across other design disciplines
4. A passion for user-centered design, with the ability and interest in conducting research to inform your design decisions
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record of leading design initiatives and collaborating effectively with diverse teams
6. Mastery of design and prototyping tools (experience with Figma preferred)
7. Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts is a bonus, helping you bridge advanced technology with intuitive design.
