Full-Time Lead Product Designer

Vivun is the leading provider of Technical Sales solutions. We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the vision and execution of our Vivun product suite. This role will focus heavily on user research, helping us deeply understand user needs and shape empathetic experiences. You’ll partner closely with executive team, Product Managers, Engineers, and AI experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead User Research & Discovery: Plan and conduct user research to validate hypotheses and uncover insights.
• Shape Design Vision: Define and refine design strategy, principles, and systems.
• Create High-Fidelity Experiences: Drive the entire design process from sketches to polished interfaces and prototypes.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with executive team, Product Managers, Engineers, and AI experts.
• Maintain Design Quality: Uphold and improve design system, ensuring brand consistency and excellent usability.
• Coach & Mentor: Mentor and develop design team.
• Ship & Iterate Quickly: Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experiences

• 8+ Years in Product Design: Experience designing enterprise/B2B SaaS products or complex workflows is required.
• Proven Leadership: Prior experience leading or coaching design teams.
• Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated user-centric design thinking, UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms.
• User Research Expertise: Hands-on experience with interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights.
• Technical Prototyping Skills: Ability to rapidly prototype in code (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Excellent Communication: Ability to present design decisions clearly and influence others.
• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in iterative sprints.
• Passionate About AI: Excited by emerging technologies and opportunities in agentic experiences.
• User-Obsessed: Believe great products start with deep user insight.
• Comfortable with Ambiguity: Excel at clarifying direction amidst shifting priorities.
• Collaborative and Communicative: Value teaching and articulate design rationale effectively.
