Requirements:
- 7+ years in product operations, 2+ years in team management.
- Proven ability to inspire and drive accountability.
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder alignment.
- Data analysis skills (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel).
- User-centric and empathetic approach.
- Operational process optimization experience.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced tech environments.
