The Role: The Learning & Enablement Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our training program. Ensuring all training content, schedules, and systems are up-to-date and running efficiently. Coordinates across teams (Product, IT, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing) to keep the enablement team ahead of product changes. Continuously improves the training experience for customers and partners. Ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical aptitude, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrations.
What You’ll Do:
- Training Content & Curriculum Management:
- Work with the Training & Enablement team to plan and prioritize new training development, aligning with business needs.
- Maintain regular content updates, ensuring training materials reflect latest platform features, Snaps, integrations, and enhancements.
- Set up and facilitate monthly product review meetings with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to keep training teams updated.
- Track and report on content effectiveness and engagement, identifying areas for improvement.
- Play a critical role in scaling global training and partner enablement programs.
- LMS & Training Technology Management:
- Own and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring seamless operation and integration with Salesforce and customer/partner LMS systems.
- Manage training course marketing pages, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with IT and Professional Services to troubleshoot virtual training materials, authentication, payments, and system integrations.
- Research and implement third-party generative AI tools for content creation and certification development.
- Training Program Scheduling & Operations:
- Maintain the global training schedule, ensuring smooth execution of live and on-demand courses.
- Drive efficiencies and innovation in training operations through process optimization and AI tools.
- Develop and streamline internal workflows for content approvals, scheduling, and reporting.
- Optimize team efficiencies by automating processes, improving content review cycles, and enhancing collaboration tools.
- Partner with marketing to promote training offerings and ensure visibility to customers and partners.
- Cross-Team Coordination & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure training aligns with go-to-market priorities.
- Regularly collect and analyze feedback from learners, instructors, and stakeholders to improve the program.
- Identify opportunities to enhance partner and customer onboarding experiences through training innovations.
- Training Facilitation:
- Ability to deliver introductory-level training sessions is a plus.
