Full-Time Learning and Development Manager

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Manager with experience in managing learning programs, administering LMS, project management, and instructional design.

This is a US-based, remote-first role, requiring occasional travel. It involves regular interaction with Oura colleagues in Finland and across the US.

What you will do:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of learning solutions.
• Manage learning programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development.
• Lead end-to-end project management for L&D initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support diverse learning programs.
• Serve as LMS administrator, managing user accounts, updates, course uploads, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze LMS data to assess learner engagement.
• Support engaging and impactful learning content development (virtual, in-person, blended).
• Use generative AI tools to enhance content creation.
• Leverage research and curate external learning resources.
• Use data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to analyze learning metrics, generating insights for program improvement.
• Track and report on KPIs for L&D initiatives.
• Present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and design innovative learning solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in L&D.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, and data visualization.
• Experience with generative AI applications and research.
• Strong global experience and cross-cultural understanding.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
