We are adding a Solution Architect to our Field Service team! You will bring Salesforce project implementations to life by understanding customer needs, identifying requirements, and designing, developing, QA'ing, and launching solutions. You'll collaborate with a talented team and exciting customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business process reviews to define customer requirements.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce designs leveraging best practices.
- Configure Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions.
- Develop technical specifications.
- Drive best-practice UX design.
- Manage projects and customer communications.
- Deliver customer training and documentation.
- Exercise independent judgment and lead enterprise projects.
- Partner with the AI team to create innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years project experience in technical consulting and project management.
- 2+ years Salesforce project delivery experience.
- Ability to document technical requirements and understand solutions using Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services.
- Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects, including Field Service and Sales Cloud deployments.
- Experience managing multiple Salesforce deployments and integrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud).
- Expert-level experience in designing and configuring Service Cloud solutions.
- Current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder – multiple preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of how Salesforce can improve business processes.
- Excellent customer relations and teamwork skills.
Location: NeuraFlash provides flexibility for remote work or in-office locations within the US, or in Canada (British Columbia or Ontario), or India, or Colombia, with some travel (up to 25%) possible for certain roles.
