Lead the AI and Analytics roadmap for the end-to-end customer journey.
Leverage generative AI and classic AI for intelligent, personalized automation at every step.
Run insights, reporting, and analytics for post-sales customers (professional services, customer success, renewals).
Own the 'single pane of glass' for customer health and growth.
Develop data products for customer intelligence and proactive business performance monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate customer intelligence into sales, marketing, product, and partner strategies.
Manage a team of Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and BI Developers.
Required experience includes:
- Experience leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Extensive experience in customer success/post-sales analytics and insights.
- 15+ years of professional experience in B2B customer analytics, or as an analytically-savvy customer success leader.
- 5+ years of people management experience, leading technical teams.
- Extensive experience in Technical Analytics, Data Science.
- Ability to influence senior business executives.
- BA/BS, preferably in business or a quantitative field; Masters preferred.
- Experience working cross-functionally.
- Passion for applying AI to B2B customer problems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure quality deliverables.
