About the Role: We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design high-impact, innovative learning experiences that drive behavior change and skill development. This role focuses on designing live, virtual, asynchronous, and AI-enhanced learning experiences, exploring how AI can redefine learning. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Learning Experience and Coaching, this role will lead learning design efforts in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and product teams. We seek a highly collaborative individual, adept at working with SMEs and experienced in guiding the learning design process from concept to execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Learning Design Efforts: Guide the design and development of high-quality, interactive learning experiences blending live, virtual, asynchronous, and AI-enhanced components.
- Innovate in Hybrid and AI-Powered Learning: Reimagine AI's role in enhancing learning design, workflows, and learner experiences.
- Be a Thought Partner for AI in Learning: Experiment with AI prompting, defining the future of AI-driven learning experiences.
- Ensure Impact and Engagement: Apply evidence-based instructional design principles to create engaging programs with measurable skill development.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with SMEs, instructional designers, product managers, and engineers to design scalable learning solutions.
- Provide Expert-Level Feedback: Evaluate and refine learning content for clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to assess learning outcomes, gather feedback, and refine programs based on data and learner insights.
