• Design & Develop Learning Experiences: Create engaging learning experiences.
• Embrace Digital Innovation: Use current & emerging technologies to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product development & accreditations teams.
• User-Centered Design: Prioritize learner needs, using feedback & data to improve the learner journey.
• Integrate Learning Artifacts: Embed digital elements into learning experiences to align with overall strategy.
