About the Role We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. This individual contributor role will own and optimize the full lifecycle of email marketing campaigns—from prospect nurture to customer retention and upsell.
You’ll play a critical role in driving leads, MQLs, opportunities, and revenue through thoughtful, data-driven email programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle: lead nurturing, qualification, conversion, onboarding, upsell, retention, and re-engagement.
- Own and optimize nurture programs and sales outreach sequences to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, design, communications and customer success teams to align messaging and timing across touchpoints.
- Manage campaign execution in HubSpot, including list building and segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, external parties, and agencies to plan, execute, scale, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on business KPIs (MQLs, opportunities, closed-won deals, revenue generated) and email performance (open/click rates, conversion rates).
- Continuously test and optimize prospect and customer journeys, including messaging and audience segmentation targeting, to improve engagement and positive business impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through email marketing automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, or similar platforms, including email campaigns, workflows, sales sequences, smart content rules.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets, identifying trends and making data-driven strategic recommendations. Experience working with Tableau and Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project management skills, experience working with multiple teams and agencies.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for growth.
- Proactive team member who is passionate about identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement and expansion, and is capable of initiating new projects and driving them to completion.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver strong business results.
- Exceptional work ethic.
