Full-Time Logo Designer

As a Graphic Designer at KDCI Outsourcing, you will be an integral part of our creative team, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to produce visually stunning designs that align with their brand identity and objectives. You will utilize your artistic talent, creativity, and technical skills to craft compelling graphics across various digital and print platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute innovative ideas, and shape the visual identity of our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print collateral, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, marketing materials, logos, and branding elements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design capabilities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders while maintaining a keen attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless execution of designs across various platforms and formats.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or equivalent Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
• Must have a keen eye for visual details and have aesthetic skills
• The candidate must be willing to work US hours or on the night shift.
