About the role: As a Claims Team Lead, Major Case at Reserv, you will provide support to a claims manager with leadership and claim technical responsibilities. Leadership responsibilities will include overseeing adjusting staff doing work to service a commercial auto delivery & rideshare client.

What we need:
- Oversee a team of commercial auto adjuster direct reports
- Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
- Align team with client and customer expectations
- Serve as a resource for escalated claims
- Foster a positive work environment
- Attract, hire, retain, and train
- Prepare and present claims reports
- Serve as backup leader
- Responsible for initial onboarding
- SME for first-line questions
- Identify topics and trends
Requirements:
- Active insurance adjuster’s license
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of insurance claims experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with auto delivery and/or Ride Share is required.
- Comfortable with technology
- Demonstrated commitment to quality
- Integrity and ethics
- Willing to obtain all licenses within 60 days
- Knowledge of state regulations
- Willingness to travel for clients and claims
