Full-Time Manager, CFO Services

As a Manager on the CFO Services team, you will deliver strategic finance advice and fundraising consulting. You will have opportunities to be a problem solver and business builder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement problem-solving to help clients solve issues on growing their businesses and managing finances.
• Own communication with clients, providing recommendations and managing expectations.
• Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Partner with clients to deliver improvements in financial and business KPIs.
• Support investor discussions and board meetings by analyzing and tracking KPIs.
• Refine strategies to address areas of opportunity within Pilot CFO Services.
• Recommend and contribute to process improvements to maximize accuracy and efficiency.

About You:

• 2-5+ years of finance and strategy experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships.
