About You: The Manager of Customer Success - Mid Market will play a critical role in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion across our Mid Market customer base globally. This individual will have a dual focus on strategic account management and technical product expertise, ensuring that our team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Renewal Managers (RMs) deliver exceptional, proactive service to customers at all levels of engagement.
Ideal candidate: Strong background in SaaS, with preference for cybersecurity experience and at least 4 years of management experience within customer success functions. Owns renewal and expansion targets for their segment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical Customer Success Managers.
- Empower Renewal Managers with strategies for driving renewals.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer retention and expansion.
- Maintain hands-on knowledge of AI-driven email security solutions.
- Serve as a key point of escalation for customer issues.
- Design customer success plans ensuring client security goals.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in customer success management leadership within SaaS companies. Strong preference for cybersecurity background, Proven track record of managing remote teams and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Strong analytical skills.
Skills Required: Deep understanding of account management principles, ability to be hands-on with technical products, excellent communication skills, willingness to travel (20-25%).
