Full-Time Manager, Data & Impact

About the RoleAs the Manager, Data & Impact, you will employ data expertise, business acumen, and systems knowledge to empower All Raise to measure and narrate our impact.

You will help each team track, analyze, and report on internal data to accurately assess performance.

You will create and manage software integrations, provide implementation oversight, and establish a process for data centralization.

Work with data partners to review industry-level data and identify key insights.

Success in this role includes:

• Within 30 days: Learn the business, review tools and systems, and recommend data tracking, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Within 60 days: Create and enforce processes, build reports, and dashboards with team metric insights.
• Within 90 days: Analyze larger datasets and share industry insights.

This role reports to the VP of Strategic Operations and works cross-functionally with teams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Translate data analysis into strategic actions.
• Develop an easy-to-use data system.
• Solve business problems using data-powered tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier).
• Ensure data integrity.
• Pull data for teams or establish independent data processes.
• Train teams on data capture best practices.
• Ensure data tool consistency.
• Connect event tools to Salesforce.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in data/analytics.
• Strong understanding of CRM (especially Salesforce).
• Data management and integration experience.
• Process design and implementation skills.
• Experience with business analytics, SQL, and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau).
• Strong data modeling skills.
• Opinionated about demonstrating impact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with startups, tech, and/or venture capital (preferred).
