Full-Time Manager, Finance & Accounting, Americas

Job Summary: The Manager, Finance & Accounting, Americas oversees financial operations across the Americas, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, compliance, and timely execution of accounting processes. This role prepares and manages financial statements, supports audits, contributes to strategic planning, and provides insights to drive business performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations for the Americas region.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure alignment on financial activities and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Manage tax filings and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with external vendors for tax advisory and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in accounting or finance
• Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance
• Experience preparing financial statements and reports
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
