About the team
You'll join our Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Brand. Part of a 7-person team focused on elevating the brand and driving growth through innovative customer engagement strategies.
What you'll do
We seek a Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to own and evolve our customer messaging strategy across email and SMS channels. This strategic role will build lasting relationships with customers, from their first rental to everyday wear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy across email and SMS.
- Build and optimize email journeys focusing on new customer conversion and customer engagement.
- Lead the development and launch of SMS marketing.
- Work with the team on a loyalty/referral rewards program.
- Own reporting and analysis of email and SMS program performance.
- Collaborate with Creative, Performance Marketing, Customer Service, and Retail teams for a consistent customer experience.
Who you are:
A strategic thinker, data-driven, understanding brand voice and customer experience, with strong collaborative relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong ESP platform experience (Klaviyo preferred).
- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Proven track record of high deliverability and engagement.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude).
- Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with email development and HTML/CSS.
Optional Experience:
- SMS marketing program experience
- Background in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
- Experience with loyalty or referral program development
