Full-Time Manager, Product Design

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Product Design to lead our product design efforts. You will guide designers to deliver stunning, intuitive, and accessible experiences. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to define the product vision and elevate design craft.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product designers.
• Define and drive the design strategy with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Own and evolve the design vision for products, ensuring visual excellence and usability.
• Champion high-quality UI craft and user-centered solutions.
• Uphold and evolve a robust design system.
• Guide the team in balancing execution with strategic vision.
• Foster a collaborative, feedback-rich environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure seamless execution.
• Influence the product design process.
• Communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends.

6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success designing complex products across web and mobile. Exceptional UI design skills and proficiency in Figma. Strong understanding of platform guidelines and experimentation-led design. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Proven ability to partner with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Data teams. Strong product intuition. Portfolio demonstrating design leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field. Familiarity with sports-related platforms is preferred. Fully Remote.
