What you get to do:
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop designers
- Drive the UX vision and execution of a platform for workplace productivity and analytics solutions
- Collaborate with product management, user research, engineering, and content from strategic definition to tactical execution
- Distill complex problems into clear goals and requirements
- Drive a user-centric, collaborative culture
- Evangelize design strategy and product vision
- Oversee detailed mockups, prototypes, and behavior specifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI
- BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
- Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years managing people or leading design teams
- 7+ years UX/Interaction Design experience
- Portfolio of work samples
- Ability to distill complex problems
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills
- Obsessed with UX perfection in an iterative and agile environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- High initiative, good sense of humor, "make it work" ethos
- WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA compliance experience (a plus)
Compensation: $158,500 - $277,500 + equity, variable compensation, and benefits
