Full-Time Manager, Product Design, Customer Workflows

What you get to do:

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop designers
• Drive the UX vision and execution of a platform for workplace productivity and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with product management, user research, engineering, and content from strategic definition to tactical execution
• Distill complex problems into clear goals and requirements
• Drive a user-centric, collaborative culture
• Evangelize design strategy and product vision
• Oversee detailed mockups, prototypes, and behavior specifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI
• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
• Experience in user experience design or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years managing people or leading design teams
• 7+ years UX/Interaction Design experience
• Portfolio of work samples
• Ability to distill complex problems
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills
• Obsessed with UX perfection in an iterative and agile environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• High initiative, good sense of humor, "make it work" ethos
• WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA compliance experience (a plus)

Compensation: $158,500 - $277,500 + equity, variable compensation, and benefits
