Full-Time Manager, Product Operations

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager of Product Operations to drive efficiency, implement actionable insights, and ensure our product teams have the tools and processes to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and play a key role in shaping how our products come to life. What You’ll Do:

1. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of product operations professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance.
2. Develop and implement operational processes that streamline workflows, optimize productivity, and scale across our product portfolio.
3. Manage and optimize our product toolstack, including Aha!, Pendo, Dovetail, Jira, and Power BI, ensuring teams get maximum value.
4. Build data collection and reporting systems that provide actionable insights, track key metrics, and inform strategic decisions.
5. Partner with Product Marketing and other teams to support successful product launches, including go-to-market coordination and performance tracking.
6. Champion the Voice of the Customer across all products, ensuring research and feedback inform product decisions.
7. Drive change management initiatives, including training, playbooks, and process adoption, to empower product teams.
8. Leverage AI and automation tools to simplify processes, enhance analytics, and boost team productivity.
9. Travel up to 25% for team or cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years in B2B software product operations, product management, or related operational roles, with measurable business impact.
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL, advanced Excel, and BI tools; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to implement and optimize operational processes that improve efficiency in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable partnering across multiple teams and levels.
• Experience with AI or automation platforms to drive operational improvements.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in multi-product or portfolio management environments.
• Background in health, fitness, or wellness software markets.
• Familiarity with Aha!, Pendo, Dovetail, Jira, and Power BI.
• 6+ years of experience in product operations or product management.

The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 per year. Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
