Full-Time Manager, Regulatory Compliance (Australia & New Zealand)

• Ensuring alignment with applicable laws and standards.
• Implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and compliance assurance programs.
• Managing regulatory audits and inspections.
• Providing strategic advice and compliance guidance to senior leadership.

• Maintaining a robust regulatory compliance framework.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed compliance considerations.
• Overseeing regulatory control reviews and risk assessments.
• Managing internal and external regulatory audits.
• Providing support on local operations and fraud prevention.
• Maintaining the Compliance Training Program.
• Conducting detailed reviews of regulatory policies and procedures.
• Serving as a key point of contact for regulators and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of reporting systems.
• Fostering a strong culture of compliance.

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance within financial services.
• Comprehensive understanding of global regulatory frameworks, including AML/CFT practices.
• Technical knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements globally.
• Working knowledge of fraud and dispute management processes.
• Proficient in AML/CFT, data protection, anti-corruption, and consumer protection laws.
• Experience in optimizing regulatory compliance efforts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams.
• Methodical and strategic approach to work.
