This role focuses on quantitative benchmarking products, helping clients understand how they compare to their peers. Work with Financial Services organizations across the UK, evaluating performance and advising senior management on strategy. Provide insights and advice.
What You’ll Do- Build Client Relationships: Develop connections with banking clients and deliver impactful insights.
- Create Insights: Analyze trends using datasets, identify key drivers, and craft actionable recommendations.
- Deliver Presentations: Present findings to clients, including senior industry leaders.
- Collaborate on Sales: Partner with the commercial team to identify opportunities.
- Lead the Team: Mentor junior colleagues.
- Develop Products: Ensure benchmarks evolve to reflect market changes.
- At least 5 years’ experience in consulting or a similar analytical, client-facing role.
- Ability to turn detailed data into clear, concise insights.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver engaging presentations.
- Analytical and research skills, with experience managing teams to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong numerical ability.
- Interest in retail Financial Services.
