Full-Time Marketing Design Lead

We need a Marketing Design Lead to take ownership of marketing design, setting vision, elevating standards, and delivering creative that drives measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing design team.
• Drive creative strategy across brand, performance, and growth marketing.
• Design high-impact campaigns using video, motion, UGC, and interactive formats.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver strategic campaigns.
• Collaborate with our paid media agency to test, learn, and iterate creative.
• Set and maintain our evolving brand identity across channels.
• Champion the use of user-generated content.
• Introduce and optimise tools and workflows to scale creative output.
• Stay hands-on with high-priority creative work.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong portfolio showcasing brand evolution, video/motion design, and performance creative.
• Experience leading creative teams and driving cross-functional work.
• Deep understanding of content formats across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to connect creative vision with conversion metrics and business goals.
• Fluency in Adobe CC, After Effects, Premiere, and openness to tools like CapCut or gen AI platforms.
