• Visual Content Creation: Designing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with Limble’s brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Working closely with marketing teams and product managers.
• Concept Development: Generating creative ideas for marketing campaigns and visual storytelling.
• Design Execution: Deliver polished, visually appealing designs.
• Project Management: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
• Optimize Design Performance: Use data to refine creative assets and improve engagement.

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.), digital design principles.
• Creative Skills: Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and target audience engagement.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify design challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design work.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Prior experience working with established brand guidelines
• Knowledge of web content management systems (Webflow and WordPress)
