Full-Time Marketing Graphic Designer

CropX, a fast-growing ag analytics company, is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials (brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, digital ads).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visual storytelling with brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing assets for email campaigns, website content, and landing pages.
• Develop creative concepts for trade show booths, banners, and promotional merchandise.
• Support product marketing efforts with engaging product visuals and explainer graphics.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in tech or agriculture.
• Agriculture/farming background (education, profession, personal life, or interest).
• Prior experience at an ag company (agtech competitors, ag retailers, dealers, ag marketing agencies, etc.) - highly preferred!
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
