Full-Time Member of Product Design Core Experience

At Anchorage Digital, we're building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. Anchorage Digital enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and leading security infrastructure.

Product Designers develop a deep understanding of the products and problems we solve to create innovative patterns that blend traditional financial workflows with crypto. We design solutions to complex institutional user needs.

As a Member of Product Design for Core Experience, you'll focus on creating intuitive and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly within Anchorage's ecosystem, ensuring operational efficiency and security.

Responsibilities include working on the admin experience, supporting the business, and establishing foundational work that other teams can build upon (e.g., authentication, access management, modules, and core SaaS product features).

Technical Skills:

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to research and engage with customers.
• Explore a broad range of solutions, concepts, and designs, narrowing down to the best solution with strong rationale.
• Anticipate gaps and opportunities in customer understanding to drive business impact.
• Think strategically about long-term decisions.
• Be proficient with sketching, flow diagrams, interface design tools, and prototyping tools.
• Design connected, holistic, and modular systems to enable faster future development.

• Lead large, strategic, and complex projects or processes.
• Solve open-ended, ambiguous problems that significantly impact Anchorage's success.
• Break down complex projects into manageable initiatives.

• Develop and implement programs, projects, and processes aligned with Anchorage's strategic direction.

Communication and Influence:

• Communicate complex issues clearly across a wide range of audiences.
• Partner with senior members to re-communicate vision, mission, strategy, and client/roadmap impacts.
• Leverage highly effective communication skills.
• Write and present concisely and clearly.
• Use storytelling to engage audiences.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience designing world-class complex enterprise products.
• Experience building scalable systems and core product functionalities.
• Ability to define strategy, solve complex challenges across iOS and web, and achieve simplicity from complexity.
• Ownership of the design process, holistic thinking, and articulation of design decisions.
• Deep understanding of creating usable, accessible, and scalable modular designs.
• Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with product managers and engineers.
• Ability to give, receive, and guide feedback.
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and design thinking.
• (Bonus) Experience building financial or crypto products.
• (Bonus) Experience working in Core or Foundation teams within B2B SaaS products.
• (Bonus) Experience in highly regulated industries.
