Mid-weight Brand Designer

Seeking a passionate Brand Designer to elevate and enhance our brand. Contribute to design projects, helping shape and evolve our brand identity.
As a Brand Designer, you'll develop skills, create impactful assets, support brand goals under senior guidance.
Take ownership of medium-scale projects, mentor junior designers, and refine/advance doxy.me’s brand identity.
Drive all areas of our brand forward, ensuring resonance with our audience and positioning doxy.me as a leader in telehealth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior team members to create high-quality design assets.
- Implement and maintain brand guidelines.
- Support campaign development with cohesive, on-brand assets.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming, offering fresh ideas.
- Take ownership of design tasks and medium-scale projects.
- Refine design deliverables, improving impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Maintain and improve the brand's design system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
- 4+ years of creative design and branding experience.
- Strategic thinking, driving creative initiatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design, motion graphics (a plus).
- Understanding data analysis & reporting (a plus).
- Familiarity with creative industry trends and emerging technologies (preferred).
