Full-Time Middle Marketing (Graphical) Designer

We invite a Middle Marketing (Graphical) Designer to join the VeliPlay product team. VeliPlay, within VeliTech, is our dedicated game development studio crafting exceptional crash games.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and maintaining company websites and landing pages
• Analyzing websites for usability and performance
• Communicating effectively with developers and team members
• Meeting business objectives. Work with the team to understand business needs and translate them into commercial, creative solutions
• Contributing to brand book creation and maintaining company visual style (brand guardianship)
• Helping improve websites in collaboration with a SEO specialist
• Creating engaging social media content and campaign graphics
• Producing promotional videos and motion graphics for marketing events
• Designing and animating eye-catching banners for digital advertising
• Developing printed and digital marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, email templates, presentations, merchandise)
• Collaborating with various teams to meet marketing objectives

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing or advertising
• Upper Intermediate English level
• Experience designing websites (preferred if designs moved to development)
• Proficiency/good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
• Understanding of design theory (layout, type, color, formatting, semiotics, information design)
• Illustration skills for custom graphics
• Video editing and motion graphics software experience
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media
• Image editing skills (optimization, color correction, retouching, isolating, resizing)
• Banner design (animated & static)
• Taking constructive criticism
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Creative and open to new ideas
• Adaptable and open to learning new skills
• A 'Can-Do' attitude
