About the Role:

You'll join a small, growing agency working with clients in technology, education, finance, medicine, and non-profits. Tasks include assisting with print and digital materials (branding, brochures, websites, slide decks, animations), client meetings, and independent projects.

What You'll Need:

Essential:

• Degree level education (at least 2:1)
• 3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong design portfolio showcasing traditional and digital work
• Ability to understand client briefs and develop design solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professionalism and disciplined work ethic

Desirable:

• Experience in a design agency or as a freelancer
• Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, 3D graphics)
• Knowledge of design theory or marketing principles
• Other creative skills (photography, drawing, painting)
